FREE First Time Homebuyers Class

On the 2nd Saturday of each month, excluding December, I teach the WA State Housing Finance Commission sponsored first time homebuyer class. This class provides 1st time homebuyers with an overview of the home buying process, loan products, and down payment assistance that may be available to them. This class is the first step in purchasing a home for new buyers and those who have not purchased a home in quite some time. The class includes guest speakers who will educate you on their specific areas of expertise in the home buying process. At the end of the class you will receive a Homebuyers Education certificate that is good for two years. If you choose to go with one of the House Key programs for down payment assistance through Washington State Housing Finance Commission this certificate is required.
Classes are 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A list of days and location are as follows (subject to change):
